First day of school questionnaire interview printable for kids to make a fun memorable keepsake!
Fun back-to-school questions to get kids excited about their future!
The back-to-school season is upon us!
We have been hitting up all the back-to-school sales and my kids have been stocking up on fun notebooks and extra glue (for slime later).
It is hard to believe that the first day of school will be here in a matter of weeks!
The first day of school is always a big moment for kids (and parents)!
Kids are all excited and sometimes a little nervous, to explore their new classrooms, meet their new teachers, and make new friends.
This year, I am homeschooling my kids. So their usual first day of school will be a little different.
The first day of school is always filled with anticipation for what’s to come, so I wanted to make a fun first day of school questions interview printable to get my kids excited about the upcoming school year.
First Day Of School Questionnaire (FREE Printable)
Having your kids answer the first day of school interview will be fun for them and fun for you to read.
It’s a cute keepsake to look back at to see how your kids have changed throughout the years.
Since my kids are being homeschooled, I customized our printable to be more of a homeschool first day of school questionnaire.
First Day Of School Kid Interview Questions Worksheet
The top of the first day of school worksheet asks for your child’s name and the date.
Then I added something different.
In fact, I have never seen it on any other back-to-school worksheet.
I added a place for a signature.
My kids love to sign their names.
Even in our high-tech digital world, it is important that our children learn how to sign their names.
It gives them their own unique “stamp” that they will need one day.
So I thought it would be fun to see how their signature changes over the years.
Then starts the first day of school interview questions.
Some Of The Back To School Questions Are:
- What grade are you in?
- What is your height?
- What is your age?
- what are you good at?
- What is your favorite food?
- What is your favorite color?
- What is your favorite activity?
- What do you want to be when they grow up?
- Where do you want to live someday?
- and plenty more
Also, there is a place for them to draw a self-portrait or to attach a picture of themselves.
