Healthy homemade popsicle recipes for kids to beat the heat this summer!
Homemade popsicles are a fun and easy snack for kids to make that doesn’t make a big mess or heat up the kitchen on hot summer days.
From fresh fruit to fruit juice, to yogurt, the options for popsicle recipes are endless!
Last summer, we bought the Zoku instant popsicle maker, which freezes your pops in 7 minutes! We love it and use it all the time!
Just freeze the Zoku container.
When you are ready you can easily pour your ingredients in and it freezes them right on your kitchen counter.
I have been able to make up to 9 pops in it before I needed to refreeze the container.
I ended up buying the airtight storage container that goes along with it to hold the extra popsicles in the freezer.
If you are willing to wait it out, silicone molds and stainless steel molds are a good choice.
They work very well at freezing and releasing fresh popsicles.
